When I felt like no body cares and loves me,
Yet I find the love of God
that gives me reason to love and to forgive.

When I was really hurt inside my heart,
Lord, You come and comfort me.

When I was afraid of my future,
When I felt like I don’t have anything to face my future,
Lord you give me hope.

When I felt like I was broken into pieces,
I heard You said,
“My child, I want to teach you to surrender to Me,
to believe in Me, and to trust Me wholly.
Everything in the world will disappoint you
If you are not looking at Me”

And Lord, when I have no more strength
And I fall in surrender unto You
And when I depend on You,
I see Your miracles and Your work in my life.

Thank you Lord for Your strength,
Your love, Your hope, Your sacrifice,
That give me reason to stand in any circumstances
with a smile on my face.
